Delivery:

Multiple items
Our website will calculate the cost of delivery by combined size. 

Courier to various areas within New Zealand:  Please click on the appropriate box for the area you live in, including Rural Delivery if this applies.


Your order is delivered once we receive payment into our account.  It is a signature required delivery.
The cost of delivery is the customers, including an extra charge for Rural Delivery.
If the incorrect courier charge has been selected and it does not cover the cost to deliver to your address the extra amount required will need to be paid before delivery.

We use a reliable courier service.  Now Couriers is our prefered courier which we have used for many years and have found them to be very reliable. 
Goods are delivered within 1-3  working days North Island 2-4 working days South Island.
If you would like to be notified of the approximate delivery day please make a comment at the checkout, otherwise, expect delivery within the time frame stated above.  


Authority to Leave: If you have given permission for "Authority to leave" please be aware this will indemnify NOW Couriers from any responsibility should the item be delivered damaged or if it goes missing


Return & Refund Policy: Thanks for shopping at our site. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.  If you have changed your mind or want to swap an item we are here to help. You have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.


Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  


Refunds: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Cancellation: Any order cancelled after the item has been dispatched will have the cost of the courier to your address and courier freight forward charges deducted from your refund. 
We have the right to refuse a full refund for large polar fleece orders which may have been specifically made to fill an order, then cancelled. 

In the unlikely event that the goods or service ordered is no longer available we reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order

We endeavour to ensure that the price and description of goods or services are accurate. If there is an error in the process of listing of a product or service on our website or a technical error in the processing of your order we reserve the right to refuse or cancel 

Warranty.  All our products have a warranty for manufacturers faults. We guarantee that we will repair or replace an item, or give you a refund if something goes wrong within a reasonable time after you buy it

This Warranty does not apply to any products sold as seconds,  repaired products or products that have a defect where this has been drawn to your attention before you purchased the products.


Payment  We use a secured payment SSL (Secure Socket Layer) We accept Credit Card: Visa: Master Card: Debit Card. We do not store credit card details.

Direct Credit.  Orders can be made over the phone if you wish to speak to us and get advise.  We can take credit card over the phone or send an invoice for direct credit payment.
